The Blood Plague screamer is as physically weak as the regular version, but it has become infected by the blood plague, which makes it more dangerous than the regular counterpart.

The only two visible changes with this version is that the eyes glow a bright red, and the flesh of the zombie is blood-red. Approaching the zombie is even more dangerous now, as its scream can not only harm those nearby, but any harm also causes the victim to be infected with the blood plague (as long as they have started to take actual hit point damage, and not just stamina damage).

Otherwise, the zombie acts and behaves as a regular screamer.
