A creature with this feat can inhale and exhale steadily through its nose, allowing it to speak or otherwise use its mouth for other purposes.
Prerequisite: Con 13.
Benefit: Because it does not need to pause for breath, a Nose Breather receives a +2 bonus on appropriate Perform skill checks (e.g., Oratory, Sing). Similarly, because such a character is unlikely to gasp involuntarily if injured, it receives a +2 bonus on Concentration skill checks made to keep from being distracted as the result of taking damage.
