The plant is either much larger or much smaller than the average specimen. Roll 1d20 and multiply or divide the plant’s normal size by that number to arrive at the new abnormal size.

For shorter, the mutant’s diminutive size makes it harder to damage opponents, but also makes it more difficult for opponents to land successful blows on the mutant, since he presents such a small target. A dwarf mutant has a plus one to hit targets of human sized or larger with a non-powered hand weapon. It does minus one per dice damage for every 1’ shorter than he is from three feet. Anything shorter than three feet is considered to be small, and less than 1 foot is considered tiny, and are that much more difficult to hit as a result. The natural AC for beings three feet or shorter is increased by two, and for tiny it is three.
