Mental Mutation Drawback: Directionally Challenged

Chris Van Deelen

Directionally Challenged (drawback)

Type: Mental

Frequency: Very common

Power Score: Yes

Range: Personal

Duration: Permanent

AI Recognition: None

Damage: None

Uses: Constant

The mutant could get lost inside an enclosed room with no doors due to a portion of its cerebellum having atrophied to the point it is now a hindrance. The end result is that the mutant will always get lost without the aid of a map and even with one to use, the chance that the mutant still manages to get lost is equal to five times the power score in percentage. The ML should increase the time the mutant takes to get anywhere by a factor of ten plus the power score modifier. For example, a mutant with a power score of 14 will take 11 times as long to get to a destination than normal, unless a map is present, or unless someone can actually guide the mutant to the destination.
