The mutant is able to adjust any of its three mental attributes by lowering one or more to increase another. The mutant can take points from its Charisma to increase its Intelligence or Will Power, or any such combination. This is a simple one for one trade, so if the mutant takes four points from its Intelligence, it could put all four into its Will Power or Charisma, or divide it as it sees fit. The mutant can use the ability at will, but it is rather taxing and if it uses this more than once per four hours, it will suffer 2d6 plus the power score modifier damage and be considered heavily fatigued. Also no attribute may be dropped below three by using this mutation. It requires one round per point transferred to complete.
