Propitious Punk

The charitably humanoid construct bobbing within the brine of this sturdy jar is made from the leavings and castoffs of alchemists who tried and failed to create proper homunculi. When the contents of this jar are emptied out, the pickled punk within awakens and serves its master - the one to which it is attuned - to the best of its abilities. This pickled punk is identical to a homunculus but lacks a flying speed, its bite attack has no poison effect, and it cannot regain hit points as a homunculus created through a create homunculus spell.

You can only attune to a propitious punk while it still resides in its jar. If your attunement to the punk ends for any reason the construct melts away into inert protoplasm.
