New BASH-SF Datafile - Hound of Scathac for Knights-Marshal of the Commonwealth!

Advanced synthetics, hounds are employed as front line guards on the prison planet Scathac home to several hundred thousand inmates who were given the option of Transportation, instead of Execution. Hounds are strong, fast and powerful, as well as resistant to most forms of attack that the indigenous inmates can manage. The on-board intellect of a hound is robust, but uncompromising. Offenders are warned after their first infraction that another will bring the death sentence - carried out by the hounds themselves.

Manufactured on Pembroke by Ricard Synthetics, the design and construction of the Hound shows Sagati influence throughout. The intellects are said to include Sagati processors, which might account for their resilience in the field, as well as a sense of honor that is sometimes ascribed to the hounds in anecdotal reports. Armor systems, Tensor claws and an integral heavy blaster carbine are all courtesy of newcomer Bowen Harness on Caerlow. Already rumors are circulating on the Edge nearest the recent Sithik attacks, of loadouts with Bowen's signature rotary blaster, and shielding courtesy of Akkudu Hold, a Sagati concern famed for high quality force fields.
