Code monkeys and hackers typically ply their trade from safe locations, using the web to carry out their nefarious deeds.  Of course the military, government and corporations tend to employ hackers a great deal, and often they are incapable of doing their work from behind the lines. As such, they need protection and mobility!

The Hacker suit appears as if it was a slightly modified suit of regular clothing – pants, shirt, leather jacket, gloves, boots and a large belt.  The purchaser or user often customizes the armor, using logos, different color schemes and so forth. As such, no two suits are alike!

These suits are incapable of being made airtight and as such cannot be used in vacuum or other hostile environments, but they do provide adequate protection for both against energy-based attacks and physical hazards.

The suits always provide their level in Resistance versus electrical damage, and while using the suits, personal computers can be carried at a reduced encumbrance rate. Light takes no encumbrance, while 1 and above are halved in encumbrance (1 becomes light, 2 becomes 1 etc.).  The suits also come with a built-in battery charger, so that the user’s computer always retains a charge.

User’s wearing this suit gain a insight bonus to all computer-related skill checks (see table).
