Hemophilia (drawback)

Type: Physical

Frequency: Very common

Power Score: Yes

Range: Personal

Duration: Permanent

AI Recognition: None

Damage: None

Uses: Constant

The mutant has fewer white blood cells and as such it suffers a loss to its natural healing rate per day. The mutant loses one plus the power score modifier from its natural healing rate. Note that the mutant can never go below 1 hit point gained per day, no matter how powerful this mutation is. If the mutant is struck by any weapon which causes slashing or piercing damage, the mutant will automatically bleed 1d2 points of damage per wound, per round! So if the mutant has suffered four wounds, then it will suffer 4d2 points per round. Also any attacks which cause bleeding damage is multiplied by one plus the power score modifier. For example, a mutant has no power score modifier and is hit by a bleed attack which causes 1d3 points per round. The mutant will automatically suffer 2d3 points per round. If the mutant has a multiplier of three, then the mutant suffers 4d3 per round! The mutant can still bind the wound to stop the bleeding.
