The mutant suffers from a powerful desire to kill other living creatures. Many scholars believe that this mutation was present in the Ancients, due to the number of serial killers and other homicidal maniacs that were, sadly, not all that uncommon before the end. After the end, it became more and more common as the generations passed. The mutant can go a number of days equal to 30 – the power score without killing. Each day that the mutant goes past this period of time without killing a living creature (of at least one hit dice or more), it has to make a save vs. poison. The mutant suffers a penalty equal to the power score modifier (in this case a low modifier will give it bonuses to the save). If the save fails, the creature loses complete control and is forced to attack to kill the nearest creature. Once it has killed the creature, it regains control and is able to act normally once again.
