Saving Throw: Will negates; Spell Resistance: yes

You reverse the speech of another. Whenever the target speaks, their words and sentences come out backwards. Listeners may attempt an Intelligence check vs. the DC of this spell to understand a statement made by the target, and the target may take a full round action to concentrate and attempt a Will save to speak a single sentence forward.

Spellcasters under the effect of hceeps esrever have a 25% chance of spell failure when casting spells with verbal components. If the spell does not fail, there is also a 25% chance the spell will have the opposite desired effect.
