STICKY FINGERS

School transmutation; Level bard 1, druid 1, sorcerer/wizard 2

Casting Time 1 standard action

Components V, S, M (a spoonful of honey, paste, or sticky tree sap)

Range close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)

Target one pair of hands

Duration 1 round per level (D)

Saving Throw Reflex temporarily negates (see description); Spell Resistance yes

When successfully cast, the hands of the target of this spell become preternaturally sticky, as if coated in quick-drying glue. For the spell's duration, the target cannot release their grip on any held item without first attempting a Reflex saving throw vs. the spell's DC. The same applies to dropping, throwing, putting on or removing gloves and rings, sheathing items, as well as all other actions that require the target to release their grip. The target suffers of a penalty on all skill checks that require fine manipulation and checks made to escape grapples equal to 1/2 your caster level (minimum -1).

However, sticky fingers isn't all bad. For the duration the target gains a bonus to Climb skill checks and checks made to initiate or maintain grapples equal to 1/2 your caster level (minimum +1). Sticky fingers can dispel butterfingers and vice versa.
