You cause a lock and all its internal moving parts to fuse into a single lock-shaped metal ingot. As the the target of this spell is no longer technically a lock, it cannot be picked. The fused lock can still be forced. A typical fused lock has hardness 20 and 35 hp (+5 hardness and hp). Make whole returns a fused lock to its original, fully functional state. If the lock was locked when it was fused, it remains locked after being made whole and vice versa.
