Clown Shoe Curse: A Nuisance Spell for Pathfinder
I've already make my views on clowns clean in a previous entry in the Nuisance Spell series, but there is still more to be said. When your foe's footwear isn't flippity or floppity enough to foil their fleeing feet, lay this curse upon them, which turns even the most styling footwear into garish clown shoes.

CLOWN SHOE CURSE
School illusion (glamer); Level bard 3, cleric 4, sorcerer/wizard 4
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S, M (a tiny horn smudged with greasepaint)
Range close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 caster levels)
Target 1 pair of footwear
Duration 1 minute/level
Saving Throw none; Spell Resistance yes
This spell transforms the target footwear into a pair of ungainly, garish clown shoes that squeak with every step. Any creature wearing the clown shoes takes a -4 penalty on all Acrobatics and Stealth skill checks, a -4 penalty to Reflex saves, and a -5 ft. penalty to speed. Donning or removing clown shoes takes twice as long as regular footwear. However, wearing clown shoes does grant a +4 circumstance bonus to Perform (comedy) skill checks.
