Here are stats for Hippopotomi, in normal and giant sized, for no particular reason. I have referred to Mike Varhola's excellent treatment of hippos for 5E in his Men and Monsters of Ethiopia! I also lifted his text from that book for your edification and mine. Thanks Mike!

Hippopotami can be found in all the large lakes of Ethiopia, as well as along the banks of the Blue Nile River in the northwestern section of the country. These massive “water cows” are easily irritated and potentially very dangerous, especially to small watercraft, and people tend to give them a wide berth. Males average around 3,300 pounds in weight and females 2,900. A hippopotamus has the ability to capsize a watercraft up to the size of a keelboat. (Excerpted from Men and Monsters of Ethiopia, Skirmisher Publishing).

Incidentally, the giant hippo would be, at SIZE 3, about 15 feet long and weighing about 5 tons. Easily a match for an African elephant, and enough to make a dragon reconsider its dietary needs.
