Turkey's Gracelessness: A Nuisance Spell for Pathfinder

OddballTurkey.jpg

There is no creature as inherently comical as the turkey, a bird so bereft of dignity we can only manage to take it seriously one month out of the year. But with a delicate application of magic, one can impart the undignified aspect of the common turkey upon one's enemies.

TURKEY'S GRACELESSNESS

School transmutation; Level cleric 2, druid 2, paladin 2, ranger 2, sorcerer/wizard 2, antipaladin 1

Casting Time 1 standard action

Components V, S, M/DF (feathers or droppings from a turkey)

Range touch

Target creature touched

Duration 1 min./level

Saving Throw Will negates; Spell Resistance yes

The transmuted creature becomes awkward, ungainly, and comically repugnant. The spell inflicts a -4 enhancement penalty to Charisma, subtracting the usual penalty from Charisma-related skills. Bards and sorcerers (and other Wisdom-based spellcasters) who receive turkey's gracelessness lose the ability to cast certain spells if their Charisma is reduced below the minimum required to cast the spell in question. Additionally, the save DCs for their spells are likewise decreased.

Turkey's gracelessness counters and dispels eagle's splendor, and vice versa.
