Saving Throw: Will negates; Spell Resistance: yes
Upon casting this spell, your target is rendered incapable of speech and cannot produce any other sound originating from the mouth (e.g. screaming, whistling, clucking the tongue, etc.). The target cannot activae magic items requiring a command word, and If the target is a spellcaster, it cannot cast spells with verbal components. If the target is capable of making a sonic attack or has a special ability defined as being sonic, it may be incapable of using such attacks and abilities for the duration provided the sonic effect is connected to the target creature's voice, mouth, or throat.
