Many of the places that appear in the story, such as Paros's alchemy shop in the Prologue or the Necropolis itself, are fully described in Kos City or Kos Island, two of the volumes in the "Swords of Kos Fantasy Campaign Setting" (two maps from the latter publication appear below).
