The aptly named ‘Juggernaut’ is without a doubt one of the most terrifying undead creatures. Juggernauts infected with the blood plague are even worse. The plague seems to have fortified them, increasing their strength and durability.

The creature still acts in the same manner, but if it uses the Ground Pound ability, it can infect a large number of targets at once with the blood plague.
