This paradimensional monster comes from the same location as the Chew Wasps , Acid Jelly Sacks and the Dimensionalpede.  This particular creature is significantly larger than the Acid Jelly Sacks, although they do share several similar traits.

These creatures look disturbingly like a Portuguese Man of War. They are about six feet in length, two feet wide by and three feet in height. They float approximately ten feet off the ground and have hundreds of thin tentacles that hang from the bottom of the body. They can rise thousands of feet into the air but never seem to touch the ground.

These creatures are greatly feared for numerous reasons. First is that their tentacles, despite being exceedingly thin, can paralyze with a single touch. Anything hit by the tentacle will have to make a saving throw versus stun or become paralyzed for 2d6 rounds. The touch also causes 1d2 points of acid damage that will continue to burn for 2d4 rounds before finally tapering off. For every 3 successful tentacle strikes, the victim will suffer a cumulative -1 to the saving throw.

Once the victim has been sufficiently paralyzed, the creature then floats down and begins to eat the victim. It has two methods to accomplish this. First it can bite with a mouth that is very similar to that of the Chew Wasps. It will tear out great chunks of flesh to consume. The second method is that it will envelop the creature (even if the creature is larger than itself) and melt the victim into a puddle of organic slurry, which it absorbs into the body or through the tentacles. This secondary attack does 5d6 points of damage per round and all items carried or worn by the victim must save every round versus death or lose 1d3 condition levels. If the Mutant Lord has access to Wisdom from the Wastelands issue 1: Artifacts , the items will instead save against acid.  If the victim is able to somehow escape the interior of the creature (as long as it has not been paralyzed), the acid will reduce in strength by 1d6 per round until it has dissipated.

Despite these attacks, the creature is also greatly feared because it is capable of teleporting Acid Jelly Sacks to its location. If it finds that there are sufficient numbers of victims, or if the creature finds its targets too difficult to handle, it will use a special version of teleportation to teleport 2d6 Acid Jelly Sacks to anywhere within 50 feet of its location. It can only do this once every twelve hours. If a victim is
