This creature is not of the Earth. Whether it is an actual alien or if it is simply a life form that was somehow found its way to Earth from another dimension or it was a genetically engineered creature used on the outer colonies of the solar system, no one can say for certain. All that is known about these creatures is that no matter how they arrived on the planet, they are deadly foes.

Physically, they are massive, being about 20’ in length and around 15’ at the shoulder. They weigh in the range of several tons and despite their massive size, they are surprising fast and agile. They are heavily muscled and the hide is so thick that most weapons have great difficulty in penetrating it. The coloration is generally a deep blue to black, giving the creature excellent camouflage in shadows or at night.

These creatures travel on all fours but are able to stand on their hoofed hind legs for short periods of time and can use their three toed front legs to some degree as manipulative appendages, but most human sized tools and objects are simply too small or fragile for them to use effectively.

These creatures are highly intelligent, some say that they are more intelligent than most humans and have shown the capability to think, reason, plan tactics and the like, although getting one of the creatures to actually stop and attempt at communication is next to impossible.

For the most part, they are solitary creatures, although this isn’t by choice. In their natural environment they are social beings living together in family groups, but when on Earth they are utterly alone, although they are always on the hunt for others of their kind for companionship. Because no more than one of the creatures has ever been encountered on Earth, the life and mating cycle is unknown.

The creatures are natural hunters and have several highly advanced senses that allow them to track and hunt far better than most Earth born creatures. They have an incredible sense of smell and hearing, as well as the unique ability to sense brain wave patterns (out to a range of 50’ from their location) and can use Ultrasound to literally look through barriers to pinpoint the exact location of a target. To top it off, they have thermal and ultraviolet vision as well.

This means dire consequences to anyone who manages to hurt them or cause them grief in any way is ruthlessly tracked down. Some of these creatures are sadistic and will attack family members, towns or villages that the offender belongs to in order to cause as
