It was well documented that numerous alien races had visited Earth many times over the millennia. Some came to help humanity, others came looking for slaves and resources, while other races were simply curious and they wished to study and observe.

Once mankind reached the stars first contact was inevitable and humanity had interaction numerous times with the various races. Some wasteland scholars believe – right or wrong – that the races were responsible for the final wars that nearly destroyed the planet and forever altered the destiny of the human race.

Some even found a foothold and created the Hybrid races, to varying degrees of success. One particular race of reptilian aliens were said to have been the basis of the old Sumerian gods. They were said to be the Annunaki, and had been instrumental in the creation of the human race.

Whether this is true or not has never been proven either way. The reptilian race goes by a different name but those who have encountered them prefer to call them the Annunaki.

The Dragoon’s are a militaristic force comprised of humans who have undergone genetic modification in order to gain some of the physical traits of these reptilian aliens. Legend among these men and women say that on the eve of the first of the final wars a soldier in the British army found the location of the last of these creatures on the planet and travelled there with nefarious plans. He had taken a young woman with him to be used as a sacrifice to placate the last of these aliens on Earth. The exact details remain unknown, although it is said that the Hybrids Generation 2 were the result, and the alien is where the soldier obtained the genetic material to help create the humanoids that eventually became the Dragoon’s.

Physically, these humanoids appear almost entirely human. They tend to be tall and lean, the average man standing around six foot two and weighing around one hundred and eighty pounds. Most of the time when they are out amongst the other people of the wastes they will be wearing wrap-around sunglasses and either hats or berets. The main reason for this is that they have a fine scattering of scales around their eyes and the eyes themselves are very reptilian, typically a golden or green in color. This pattern of scales can be found running down the center of their spine, and tends to curve from underneath the armpit
